We believe that money is replicable, and what really motivates people to go beyond their call of duty is rewards and recognition for their hard work. We consider our employees to be our biggest assets and therefore, call them as \u201c<em>Champions<\/em>\u201d.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.metricfox.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Rewards-recognition.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-67 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metricfox.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Rewards-recognition.jpg\" alt=\"Rewards &amp; Recognition\" width=\"363\" height=\"471\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We reward our employees not only on the basis of their professional success but on their overall development. Rewards and recognitions for individual accomplishments motivate people for innovation and creativity, timely delivery of tasks and working for common goals. Following are the rewards showered at our Champions time to time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly\/Quarterly\/Annual\u00a0<strong>awards to hardworking and committed employees<\/strong>\u00a0for their\u00a0achievements.<\/li>\n<li>Award for\u00a0<strong>prompt fulfillment of duties<\/strong>\u00a0on a monthly and quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Awards for the\u00a0<strong>top graders of the month<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>quarter.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Each employee is provided with \u2018<strong><em>Bravo Coupons<\/em><\/strong><em>\u2019<\/em>\u00a0through which they can recognize their fellow champions for excellence in service, professional tasks, positive attitude, prompt fulfillment of duties or positive energy. A person getting maximum bravo coupons is awarded as the \u201c<strong><em>Bravo Champion<\/em><\/strong>\u201d at the quarter end. This award reveals a lot about the quality of performance and popularity of\u00a0an individual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rolling Trophy\u00a0<\/strong>is<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>given to the top grader of the month and floor champion. This encourages the employees to prove themselves and excel in their tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly and quarterly awards for the<strong>\u00a0best team, team leader\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Super service certificates, appreciation cards, yearly appreciation awards, multiyear service awards, employee of the month award, gift-vouchers and recognition of employees for extraordinary achievements motivate all employees at Strategic Marketing Services.<\/p>\n<p>Managers at all levels offer frequent informal recognition and send<strong>\u00a0handwritten thank-you notes<\/strong>\u00a0to champions. Rewards are given to employees every quarter, based on their hard work, commitment, productivity, quality and attitude.<\/p>\n<p>Rewards and recognitions have infused a positive spirit among the employees and motivate them to perform better.
